SLAY-TON 1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton shows off very slimmed-down face in shocking new selfies snaps

0

1000-LB Sisters’ Tammy Slaton has posted a bunch of new selfies from her archives, and they really highlight her weight loss.

After a long stint in a weight loss rehabilitation facility, weight loss surgery, and almost dying – Tammy lost over 300 pounds.

Tammy Slaton posted a bunch of brand-new selfies on Instagram
The selfies highlighted all of her recent weight loss

Now that she’s out of the facility and back home in Kentucky, Tammy has been a lot more active on social media.

The 1000-lb Sisters star loved to take selfies of her slimmed-down face with various filters from several different angles.

In her most recent Instagram post, the TLC personality shared a photo dump of several selfies that were taken over the course of several days.

She’s using a face filter in most of the photos, but there are a few pics without a filter that really let her weight loss shine.

From what can be seen, Tammy has three main accessories that she’s never seen without – her oxygen tubes, her glasses, and a dainty gold sun necklace.

She’s also sporting her red hair in all the photos, although it is more vibrant in some of the pics.

While most of the details stay the same, the selfies are taken in various locations, and Tammy’s hair and shirt change from photo to photo.

ALL THE LOVE
Like on the majority of her social media posts, fans of the reality show commented to share their love and support for Tammy.

One said: “Looking better every day! This is what determination looks like.”

Another wrote: “Putting the slay back in Slaton.”

A third commented: “Holy cow!! You look amazing! I barely recognized you! Keep it up.”

Someone said: “I wish that you wouldn’t filter your pictures. You’re so beautiful, and the filters just make people distorted and not real.”

WHERE’S CALEB?
In addition to the positive comments Tammy receives, she also gets a lot of comments asking where her husband Caleb Willingham is.

In November 2022, the couple held their wedding at the rehab facility in Ohio after getting engaged one month earlier.

Prior to that, they had only known each other for a few weeks.

Now, The U.S. Sun recently revealed that the couple is experiencing marriage issues.

Tammy is arguing with Caleb as they struggle to live apart from their long-distance marriage.

In February, Tammy left the Ohio rehab center to settle into her new Kentucky home, but Caleb remained at the facility.

Caleb planned to transfer from the Ohio center to a clinic in Kentucky to be closer to his new wife, but a few obstacles got in the way.

He expected his insurance to cover the transfer, but a source claimed Caleb has not taken the initiative to make the arrangements.

The source claimed: “Tammy is sad her husband is not with her.

She is frustrated Caleb has not made an effort to move to a facility in Kentucky from Ohio.

“They have been arguing because she feels he is not handling the transfer with urgency.”

The judge ruled Michael is allowed supervised contact with their children Gage and Glenn

On February 28, 2023, Amy initially filed an order of emergency protection, an order to surrender firearms, and a protective order summons against Michael.

Ten days later, the judge ruling over the open domestic violence case amended the order of protection.

The court docket obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun reads: “Amended to allow contact with children on 3/8/23.”

The memo continues: “Allowed supervised contact with children, no physical discipline, supervised by mother and sister.”

TLC has not yet responded to The U.S. Sun’s comment request.

TAKING ACTION
The U.S. Sun previously reported that Amy filed the order of protection just four days after making a 911 call claiming Michael had become “violent” in their home.

According to a 911 dispatch document obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun, Amy claimed Michael started “throwing things” during a heated argument on Friday, February 24.

The explosive argument went down just seventeen days before Michael filed for divorce in their local Kentucky court.
According to the dispatch report, neither Amy nor Michael was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the officer arrived on the scene around 2:30 pm.

Amy and Michael were arguing over their split, the responding officer claimed.

“Amy wants to separate, but the male doesn’t want to,” the report stated.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star claimed Michael eventually “became violent” and started “throwing things” with Gage and Glenn present in the home.

Neither Michael nor Amy was arrested following the altercation.

IT’S OVER
In February, The U.S. Sun first reported that Amy and Michael had split after five years of marriage.

Although Amy did not take legal action to file for divorce at first, she moved out of their shared family home and in with her sister Tammy, 36, taking the children with her following the alleged fight.

By March 13, Michael had filed for dissolution of marriage with children against Amy, according to Kentucky court documents exclusively reported by The U.S. Sun.

SECRET FIGHTS
When news of their split broke in February, a source told The U.S. Sun that Amy and Michael had been in secret arguments for months, and the greatest source of tension had been their two kids.

According to the 1000-Lb. Sisters insider, Amy wanted her kids to continue starring on the family’s reality show – however, Michael did not want his sons to be on camera at all.

The source said: “Michael doesn’t want the kids to be on the show, but Amy disagrees.”

“They have been fighting over this for months.

The insider also said Amy and her family considered Michael to be “lazy” with childcare, and she and her family felt he was “jealous” over all the attention she gave to their kids.

SINGLE PARENT
Meanwhile, Amy has been struggling emotionally while continuing to care for Gage and Glenn as a single mom, according to a source.

Amy has also been “feeling overwhelmed” despite the support from her sister Tammy the insider claimed.

The source also shared Amy’s family has been supportive of the mom of two through her sad split.

The insider said: “No one in the family likes Michael.”

1000-Lb Sisters: How Amy Slaton’s Weight Loss Affected Her Marriage

0

Amy Slaton from 1000-lb Sisters was in a turbulent marriage with her husband Michael Halterman for some time, causing her to lose weight. The mother of two has been working hard after qualifying for her gastric bypass surgery during 1000-lb Sisters season 1. Now with one less stressor, Amy is able to concentrate on herself.

1000-lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton and Michael first met when they were just young children, but sparked an instant connection. The couple reconnected when Amy was in high school, and Michael worked as a local mill operator. Even though there was a slight age difference, the two seemed to be a match made in heaven. However, as Amy started to get her health on track over the years, Michael began to pull away. Once the couple welcomed their two sons, Gage and Glenn Allen, into the world, it seemed that neither had the same goal anymore regarding their future.

1000-Lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton Started To Pull Away

As Amy tried her best to welcome in her new healthier lifestyle, a lot of the time, it didn’t seem as though Michael supported her endeavor. The most recent season of 1000-lb Sisters has shown that Michael is not the most helpful husband. As Amy became thinner and more able, Michael took a considerable step back from the shared household duties. In recent months, Michael has come across as lazy and entitled, feeling as if Amy can now care for the home and the children just because she has lost weight.

1000-Lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton Gained Confidence

Amy gained more confidence than she probably ever had, thanks to her slimmer body. Her newfound belief in herself due to her weight loss could’ve rocked Michael to his core. For years, the father of two was who Amy leaned on when she needed the simplest things in life. Whether it was someone to provide for her, pick up food, or even clean the house, Michael was the go-to guy. Now with Amy being more physically able, it could be that Michael started to feel emasculated, essentially putting a nail into their marriage.

Amy and Michael have just recently confirmed they were getting a divorce, and the 1000-lb Sisters star has been spending more time with her sister, Tammy Slaton. She has also posted a few updates that showed her smiling with a new designer purse and her two children. It looks like nothing will stop Amy from getting rid of the dead weight in her life, and that includes her once-beloved husband.

1000-Lb Sisters: Amy & Tammy Slaton’s 5 Cringiest YouTube Videos

0

1000-lb Sisters stars Amy and Tammy Slaton have likable traits, but they also have annoying habits that irritate viewers on YouTube. The popular sibling duo debuted on the show in 2020, where they stunned the fans with their combined weight of over one-thousand pounds and their journeys to become fit. During the season, Tammy weighed over 500 pounds, and her younger sister Amy was over 400 pounds. As a result, they both faced major problems in their personal lives, leading them to change their lifestyle and lose weight. Amy and Tammy may have decided to lose weight together, but their journeys have been very different from each other.

1000-lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton’s positive outlook on life helped her quickly drop weight and get approval for her weight loss surgery in 2019. She has since lost hundreds of pounds, and even achieved her goal of becoming a mom. In comparison, Tammy’s journey has been slower, mostly due to her mental state. She ate a lot of unhealthy foods and kept drinking, eventually worsening her condition. Fortunately, Tammy was able to fix herself after a health scare. Now, Tammy is happier than ever, has a partner, and looks to be in the best shape of her life.

5 – Amy & Tammy Slaton’s ‘Relaxing’ YouTube Video

1000-lb Sisters viewers have mixed opinions about the Slaton sisters. While some empathize with them due to their hardships, others feel they are inspiring because of their transformations. However, almost all the fans agree that Tammy and Amy have released some of the most cringe-worthy content on YouTube, which is difficult to watch. Tammy has a YouTube channel with over 158k subscribers, where she posted a 10-minute video, titled “just relaxing.” The video shows the two sisters talking to their fans, making jokes about being sisters, and acting a little odd in front of the camera.

Unfortunately, many fans weren’t impressed by the video, and felt irritated by how amateurish and pointless it was. People were embarrassed by how Amy and Tammy didn’t look into the camera and kept acting differently from their usual selves. To make matters worse, they had no agenda for the video and discussed the most random things in the most awkward manner possible. The video showed that the sisters had very little YouTube commentary skills at the time, making fans leave comments like, “What is this video? I can’t even understand their mumbled voices!”

4 – Amy & Tammy Slaton’s PSA Makes Viewers Cringe

In mid-2019, Tammy and Amy tried to invoke emotions in their fans by sharing an anti-bullying video called “bullying NOT okay,” on YouTube. The video showed the sisters discussing the bullying issue, suicide thoughts, and more for 20 minutes straight. During that time, the two opened up about personal experiences and shared many different bullying encounters they faced before. From people squirting water to classmates pushing them and throwing nickels at them, the sibling duo discussed everything in detail while laughing it off. Amy and Tammy even talked about their Valentine’s Day experiences.

Amy and Tammy’s video didn’t get much love from fans, and this time it was due to multiple technical issues. While making the video, they forgot to silence their phones, which fired back. Their entire conversation was interrupted by notification sounds, which made it difficult for viewers to take them seriously. As if that wasn’t enough, the two recorded their video with a poor mic setup, which caused their voices to sound extremely high-pitched. Viewers were also irritated that Tammy bullied Amy in the video, which was hypocritical. A viewer wrote, “Tammy, look how mean you’re being to Amy in this video !! That is bullying too so stop it. Practice what you preach.”

3 – Amy & Tammy Slaton Try To Arrange Meet & Greet With Fans

Amy and Tammy uploaded a short video called “Slaton’s sister road trip.” The video showed the popular sibling duo discussing their plans to travel to Atlanta, Georgia, and the reason behind it. Amy and Tammy revealed they would be in the city during the weekend and do a “meet and greet” with the fans. Tammy insisted the viewers come to meet them, give hugs, take pictures, and have fun with them. At the same time, Amy shouted at the fans to subscribe to their channel to keep getting notifications.

While the video’s length was short, fans were annoyed by watching it. The sisters recorded the video with a shaky camera, making the entire clip feel nauseating. Besides, the 1000-lb Sisters stars kept overlapping each other’s sentences, making a hotchpotch of the whole conversation. Amy and Tammy released the video without sharing details that mattered. In the video, they failed to recall where they were supposed to “meet and greet” the fans and awkwardly ended the topic. As expected, viewers called them out, and one of them wrote, “Going for a Meet and Greet but don’t know where it’s going to be.”

2 – Amy & Tammy Slaton’s ‘Chubby Bunny’ Challenge Backfires

Like Tammy, Amy also has a popular channel on YouTube, but with over 500k subscribers. Her account has been active since 2011, making some popular videos almost a decade older than her debut on 1000-lb Sisters. One of her most popular videos, with over 2 million views, is from 2014 when the two sisters did the “Chubby bunny challenge.” The video shows the sibling duo attempting a challenge, filling their mouths with marshmallows, and saying “chubby bunny” with each turn. The winner is the one who can fill the most marshmallows and say the words clearly.

Amy and Tammy tried their best to entertain viewers in the video. However, their little challenge didn’t impress fans, and made them cringe. Throughout the video, the sisters filled their mouths with marshmallows, knowing their health risks and physical condition. Amy then puked the marshmallow in front of the camera, while Tammy swallowed the ones in her mouth. Both the sisters then licked their fingers and talked about how they forgot to count the marshmallows they had eaten, rendering the challenge obsolete. Fans were even irritated by how messy their kitchen looked and couldn’t help but comment, “They need to be doing a Lets clean our house challenge!”

1 – Amy & Tammy Slaton Try Cosmetics

1000-lb Sisters stars Amy and Tammy seem to put little effort into their videos. In 2018, they shared a cosmetics tutorial video where Amy did Tammy’s makeup. The 40-minute video showed the 1000-lb Sisters stars standing beside each other, wearing blue and red tops. While the two announced that Amy would be doing Tammy’s makeup, they soon abandoned the plan and went in a completely different direction. They started experimenting with Tammy’s looks, and layering her face with different shades. As a result, the final makeup look didn’t turn out that great.

The 40 minutes of jibber-jabber between Amy and Tammy seemed to be too much for viewers. Therefore, it was easy for them to dislike the video. The clip was very disorienting, as Tammy uploaded the video without rotating it in the right direction. The entire footage played sideways, making it hard to watch on cell phones and computer screens, further annoying anyone who decided to watch. The makeup tutorial proved that the sibling duo probably doesn’t care about the content they upload. Instead, their goal seemed to be social clout and continuing to be featured on 1000-lb Sisters.

1000-Lb. Sisters’ Amy Slaton Returns to Instagram Amid Michael Halterman Divorce

0

Looking good! 1000-Lb. Sisters star Amy Slaton returned to Instagram just two weeks after her estranged husband, Michael Halterman, filed for divorce.

“Watching a beautiful sunset with some amazing friends,” Amy, 35, captioned the post, which included a series of photos of her posing with a Gucci purse as she sat outside.
Several fans rushed to the comments section to note how great and happy the TLC personality looked in the snapshots.

“Single looks good on you queen,” one person commented. Another added, “That’s Amy SLAYton.”

Others noted that she looked “unbothered” amid the divorce. “Amy said what husband,” an additional fan wrote.
The reality star shared the photos after news broke that she and Michael, 40, are separating after four years of marriage.

While neither Amy nor Michael have publicly spoken about their split, In Touch confirmed that the father of two filed for dissolution of marriage with children on March 13, 2023.
The former couple – who tied the knot in March 2019 – share sons Gage, who was born in November 2020, and Glenn, who they welcomed in July 2022.

Michael filed for divorce just two weeks after split rumors began to circulate. Speculation began when Amy and their sons reportedly moved out of the family’s home in Kentucky, according to The Sun. It was also revealed that Amy was living with her sister Tammy Slaton amid her marital problems with Michael.

The duo were already married when 1000-Lb. Sisters premiered in January 2020, while they have known each other since Amy was in high school. “My husband Michael, he means the world to me. Me and Michael are newlyweds but we’ve been together four years now,” Amy gushed during the debut episode. “I can tell him anything and everything. And Michael’s really supportive of me helping Tammy.”

Shortly after her divorce was revealed, fans watched Amy share marriage advice with Tammy, 36, during her wedding to Caleb Willingham on the season 4 finale on March 21.

After Tammy asked Amy to share some words of wisdom, the mother of two encouraged her sister to “talk calmly and rationally” with Caleb, 39.

“Communication is important in a relationship,” Amy further elaborated in a confessional. “If you don’t talk, it builds up and it’s toxic.”

She went on to state that “Tammy needs to learn to speak the f—k up,” before adding, “Well, Tammy needs to learn to shut the f—k up, and let Caleb talk a little bit.”

SUNSET SISTER 1000-lb Sisters star Amy Slaton shows off dramatic weight loss in rare new full-body pic outside her $76k Kentucky home

0

1000-LB SISTERS star Amy Slaton has shown off her dramatic weight loss in new social media photos.

The reality star posted photos of herself enjoying a sunset while sitting outside of her $76K home she’s now sharing with her two sons Gage, two, and Glenn, eight months, and her sister Tammy.

In the photos posted to Instagram, Amy, 35, sat on the front porch of her modest home while wearing sunglasses, looking into the sunset.

She clutched a Gucci handbag while smiling broadly at the camera.

Amy also wore black sunglasses and captioned the photos: “Watching a beautiful sunset with some amazing friends.”

Fans praised the reality star with one writing: “It’s the Gucci for me! Rework the contracts.”

“You look beautiful mama,” another praised.

When Amy first appeared on the show in season 1, she weighed over 400 pounds.

After having gastric bypass surgery in 2019, the mom of two now weighs around 275.

Her sister Tammy followed on the same path. After once tipping the scales at 700 pounds, Tammy lost a shocking 300 pounds in her battle against obesity.

As show fans know, Tammy admitted herself to rehab early last year for a second time to get her life back on track.

“When Tammy was first in rehab, she needed to reach her goal weight of 550 pounds from around 700 pounds in order to be approved for her bariatric surgery,” a friend previously told The U.S. Sun exclusively.

Bariatric surgery is an operation on the digestive system to help a patient lose weight quickly in extreme situations.

NEW DIGS
The U.S. Sun recently revealed an exclusive look at Tammy and Amy’s new living quarters.

According to records obtained by The U.S. Sun, the home has been in the Slaton’s extended family’s name since 2004.

A member from the Halterman side of the family decided to help Tammy out with a new home after her old place was tragically broken into and robbed, a source shared.

The family member is letting Tammy take over the modest two-bedroom, one-bathroom space.

Tammy’s new home, which is located about ten miles away from her former crib, covers a modest 1,372 square feet.

Her front yard includes a porch where she can enjoy a view of the Kentucky country hills.

While Tammy planned to move into the new home with her newlywed husband Caleb, 39, the couple faced some complications.

Caleb is still in the Ohio rehab, and now Amy is crashing with Tammy amid her sad split from her estranged husband Michael Halterman, 40.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to reps from TLC for comment.

CROWDED HOUSE
According to an insider, Amy has been struggling emotionally while parenting her two kids alone amid her split.

Amy has also been “feeling overwhelmed” despite the support from her sister Tammy, the insider claimed.

The U.S. Sun has confirmed with the Union County Clerk that Amy has still not filed for divorce from Michael.

As The U.S. Sun first reported last month, Amy and Michael have quietly split after five years of marriage.

The 1000-Lb Sisters stars have been secretly fighting over their two children for months, a source previously shared.

According to the insider, Amy wants Gage and Glenn to continue starring on the family’s reality show – however, Michael doesn’t want his sons to be on camera at all.

The insider claimed Amy and Michael have been secretly arguing since October over the issue, among other topics.

A source exclusively told The U.S. Sun: “[Michael] doesn’t want the kids to be on the show, but Amy disagrees.

“They have been fighting over this for months.”

‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Star Amy Slaton Called 911 After Ex Michael Halterman ‘Became Violent’ Over Impending Divorce

0

1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Halterman (née Slaton) called the police on her estranged husband Michael last month after an argument reportedly got out of hand.

The mother-of-two — who shares Gage, 2, and Glenn, 8 months, with her ex — claimed that on Friday, February 24, Michael began “throwing things” and “became violent” while the two were fighting over the possibility of divorce, according to the dispatch report.

The police filing also noted the couple’s young boys were present in the home at the time of the altercation, but clarified that neither Amy, 35, nor Michael, 40, were under the influence of alcohol or drugs when the officer arrived at the property on Friday afternoon.

The dispute started because “Amy wants to separate, but the male doesn’t want to,” per the officer’s documentation.

As OK! previously reported, Amy took the boys from their shared home last month and is currently living with her older sister, Tammy, 36, but did not petition for divorce at that time. 17 days after the 911 call incident, Michael filed for divorce with the state of Kentucky himself.

LOOK OUT, AMY! 1000-Lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton films son Gage, 2, crying in new video- as fans spot ‘unsafe’ detail in backgro

0

AMY Slaton has raised concerns for her children once again, after sharing a video of her two-year-old son Gage playing with an electrical device.

Fans also called out the 1000-Lb. Sisters star for seeming to ignore her other baby boy lost on the messy floor.

Amy shared a TikTok of Gage standing on the living room couch and playing with a portable vacuum cleaner.

“We bought him a vacuum that actually works,” the 35-year-old told her audience.

As the toddler tussled with the machine, which luckily was not charged, something could be seen squirming in the nearby bouncer, which was overturned and lying on the floor.

It was unclear who, or what, was seemingly trapped by the toy, but one fan worried for Amy’s youngest child.

“Hope Glenn isn’t in the dumped over walker,” the follower posted, adding several sad face emojis.

GLOWING GAGE
It’s not the first time fans have worried for one of Amy’s children.

Earlier in the day, Amy’s sister, Tammy, came under fire for letting her nephew Gage play with an iPad.

The TLC star, 36, shared sweet photos of the two-year-old looking intently at the device’s screen while lying sprawled out on the living room floor.

While many 1000-Lb Sisters fans praised the cute shots, some ripped Tammy’s “terrible” decision to let the toddler use an iPad.

After one fan wrote, “Gage is a certified iPad baby,” another commented: “Which is terrible for children!”

A third posted: “Scary. Ruining the child’s brain. The poor child looks like a zombie staring into the glowing void. So sad.”

DIRTY FLOOR
Gage was also in thoughts and prayers almost exactly one year ago, after the baby was seen sitting near what appeared to be a dirty toilet brush on the floor.

One fan on Reddit posted a comment to a thread about Amy’s latest pictures, writing: “Is that a toilet brush… on the floor?”

Another added: “Jesus, that is a toilet brush laying on the floor!”

A third chimed in: “God, Amy, what is a toilet brush doing in the living room unless you’re letting Gage play with it?”

Others were concerned about the state of Amy’s messy home, which she’s been criticized for in the past.

One wrote: “I guess showing their nasty home on TV wasn’t embarrassing enough, nor encouraged her to change her ways.”

Another pointed out: “It gets worse. Look at the corner baseboard and wall. That looks pretty grungy for a house that you fixed up before you moved in.”

Fans were previously concerned for Gage after an earlier episode of the show revealed what appeared to be rat poo and cockroaches under the toddler’s crib.

The TLC cameras gave an insight into Amy’s home as she moved out before she relocated to the Kentucky house where she now lives.

The empty spit -where Gage’s crib used to be – was littered with kitchen equipment, baby clothes, and a dirty towel on the floor.

The living room was a cluttered mess with clothing, open boxes, and baby toys spread all over.

The protection order was amended on March 8 to allow Michael to have “supervised contact with children” as long as he is accompanied by his mother and sister.

The U.S. Sun has reached out to TLC for comment.

SCARY FIGHT
According to a 911 dispatch document obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun, Amy claimed Michael started “throwing things” during a heated argument on Friday, February 24.

The explosive argument went down just seventeen days before Michael filed for divorce in their local Kentucky court.

According to the dispatch report, neither Amy nor Michael was under the influence of drugs or alcohol when the officer arrived on the scene around 2:30 pm.

Amy and Michael were arguing over their split, the responding officer claimed.

The 1000-Lb. Sisters star claimed Michael eventually “became violent” and started “throwing things” with Gage, two, and Glenn, eight months, present in the home.

Meanwhile, Amy has been struggling emotionally while continuing to care for Gage and Glenn as a single mom, according to a source.

Amy has also been “feeling overwhelmed” despite the support from her sister Tammy, 36, the insider claimed.

The source also shared Amy’s family has been supportive of the mom of two through her sad split.

The insider said: “No one in the family likes Michael.”

ANOTHER SPLIT?
Meanwhile, Tammy is feeling especially lonely since her husband Caleb Willingham, 39, isn’t around to help out as Amy has been crashing at her two-bedroom home.

Caleb has plans to transfer from the Ohio weight loss center to a clinic in Kentucky to be closer to his new wife, although a few obstacles remain in the way.

A source previously told The U.S. Sun that tensions are building between the couple because of the distance, despite only tying the knot this past November.

He has to make arrangements with his insurance to cover the transfer, but a source has revealed Caleb hasn’t taken any initiative to do so yet.

The source claimed: “Tammy is sad her husband is not with her.

“She is frustrated Caleb has not made an effort to move to a facility in Kentucky from Ohio.

“They have been arguing because she feels he is not handling the transfer with urgency.”

With the addition of her full house, Tammy says she’s “pissed” that Caleb isn’t around to help out with Amy’s kids around, according to the 1000-Lb. Sisters insider.

Tammy’s pal says: “She feels as if she is single again.”

MOM MODE 1000-lb Sisters’ Amy Slaton shares new video of son Glenn, 8 months, after being ripped for ‘damaging’ parenting moves

1000-LB Sisters star Amy Slaton has shared a new video of her son Glenn, after being criticized by fans over her parenting decisions.

The adorable TikTok video shows Amy’s eight-month-old son Glenn attempting to speak.

In the video, Amy’s youngest son is sitting on the floor attempting to say his family member’s name.

The TLC star is overheard on the video encouraging him to say “Abu” for her sister Amanda, and “Ada” for Tammy.

Her infant son attempts to copy her after she repeats the words to him.

“Glenn is so darn cute, Gage is too cute too!” wrote a fan in the comments section.

One praised: “You have the cutest kids, they are adorable.”

The video and praise come after Amy was criticized for several recent parenting decisions.

‘IPAD BABY’
Tammy recently posted photos of her nephews to her Instagram page.

While many 1000-Lb Sisters fans praised the cute shots, some ripped Tammy’s “terrible” decision to let the toddler use an iPad.

After one fan wrote, “Gage is a certified iPad baby,” another commented: “Which is terrible for children!”

Gage attracted further attention earlier this week when he threw a noisy tantrum in the middle of Tammy’s wedding.

The two-year-old was seen rolling around in the aisle and crying as Tammy and Caleb tried to exchange their vows.

Gage’s meltdown started off as a few cries while Tammy walked down the aisle to meet Caleb at the altar.

Amy shares Gage and her son Glenn, eight months, with her estranged husband Michael Halterman.

DIVORCE
In February, The U.S. Sun first reported that Amy and Michael had split after five years of marriage.

Although Amy did not take legal action to file for divorce at first, she moved out of their shared family home and in with her sister Tammy, 36, taking the children with her following the alleged fight.

By March 13, Michael had filed for dissolution of marriage with children against Amy, according to Kentucky court documents exclusively reported by The U.S. Sun.

When news of their split broke in February, a source told The U.S. Sun that Amy and Michael had been in secret arguments for months, and the greatest source of tension had been their two kids.

According to the 1000-lb Sisters insider, Amy wanted her kids to continue starring on the family’s reality show – however, Michael did not want his sons to be on camera at all.

Meanwhile, Amy has been struggling emotionally while continuing to care for Gage and Glenn as a single mom, according to a source.

Amy has also been “feeling overwhelmed” despite the support from her sister Tammy, the insider claimed.

The source also shared Amy’s family has been supportive of the mom of two through her sad split.

The insider said: “No one in the family likes Michael.”
